Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior HVAC technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems.

• Communicate with customers professionally, clearly explaining findings and solutions.

• Support sales by identifying opportunities for upgrades, maintenance plans, and additional services.

• Troubleshoot HVAC issues and help ensure high-quality, customer-focused outcomes.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in HVAC systems.

• Excitement about a long-term career in the trades.

• Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and offering customer-focused recommendations.

• Positive, customer-first attitude.

• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work well in a team.

• Valid driver’s license (must be 21+).
