What We Need

Davis Heating and Cooling is seeking a skilled and organized Dispatcher to play a key role in ensuring our field technicians are dispatched efficiently and effectively. As an essential member of our team, you will coordinate schedules, prioritize service calls, and deliver outstanding customer support. Preferred hours at this time are between 3pm-7pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and projects

• Prioritize service requests based on urgency, location, and customer needs

• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience

• Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources for emergency or high-priority calls

• Monitor field technicians' progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed

• Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician activities, and scheduling changes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a dispatching or scheduling role

• Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Familiarity with scheduling or dispatching software (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus)

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• High attention to detail with the ability to record and relay information accurately
